Lawson continues to celebrate beyond the opening year of sales, with volume and velocity setting new a record - with 255 sales averaging $390,000.

New wooded sections are being prepared for release, and later this year, plans call for initial work within a new custom home section of estate lots in picturesque surroundings of parklands, the West Fork of Twelve Mile Creek, and the site of old Howard's Mill.

On May 6th, Lawson and The Trading Path Association will host a trek into this site, a very special event in keeping with the dedication of Lawson as a unique community noted for conservation efforts and historical values.
